PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ("TERMS") CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE JUANPH PLATFORM. By accessing, registering, or placing any wager on the juanph website at juanph.one ("the Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately and close your account. juanph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the most current version.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "juanph," "we," "us," "our" refers to the legal entity operating the juanph online gaming platform at juanph.one.
• "Platform" means the juanph website, mobile-optimized site, all associated game lobbies, account management systems, payment infrastructure, and any related services operated by juanph.
• "Account" means a registered player account created on the Platform following successful registration and KYC verification.
• "Player," "you," "your" means any individual who has registered an Account on the Platform and is using the Platform's services.
• "Wager" means any bet or stake placed by a Player on any game or event available through the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, reload bonuses, or other incentive balances credited to a Player's Account subject to promotional terms.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited directly by the Player into their Account wallet using an approved payment method.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by PAGCOR regulations before withdrawals are processed.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the governmental body responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.

By completing the juanph registration process and clicking "I Agree" or any equivalent confirmation during account creation, you represent and warrant that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full;
• You are at least 21 years of age and legally competent to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party;
• All information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete.

The juanph Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration and at all times while maintaining an active juanph Account. This is a hard legal requirement mandated by PAGCOR for all online gambling platforms operating in or accessible to the Philippine market. juanph enforces this requirement through mandatory KYC identity verification using government-issued identification documents.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

The Platform is designed for and operated within the context of Philippine regulatory compliance. Residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is unlawful are not permitted to register or play. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that their access to and use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

3.3 Excluded Persons

The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain a juanph Account:

• Employees, contractors, directors, or officers of juanph or any of its affiliated entities, and their immediate family members residing in the same household;
• Persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from the Platform or from gambling pursuant to any self-exclusion program;
• Persons who have been excluded by court order, regulatory directive, or equivalent legal instrument;
• Persons who have been identified as problem gamblers through PAGCOR's responsible gaming monitoring systems.

4.1 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered Account on the juanph Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. juanph employs automated systems to detect duplicate Accounts and reserves the right to suspend, merge, or permanently close any duplicate Accounts discovered, with forfeiture of balances held therein.

4.2 Registration Information

When registering a juanph Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your juanph login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must notify juanph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. juanph shall not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain adequate Account security.

juanph is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct identity verification on all Account holders prior to processing any withdrawal request. The KYC verification process requires the submission of:

• A clear, unobstructed photograph or scan of a valid government-issued Philippine identification document (PhilSys National ID, driver's license, passport, or UMID card);
• A selfie or live photograph of the Account holder holding the submitted ID, if requested;
• Proof of address where required by the applicable regulatory framework.

juanph reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to satisfy AML (Anti-Money Laundering) obligations or enhanced due diligence requirements. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure. KYC verification is typically completed within one (1) to three (3) business days of document submission.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

juanph currently accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), Metrobank, and QR Ph-enabled banking applications. juanph reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at its sole discretion with reasonable prior notice where practicable.

6.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Peso, one hundred). Deposit limits may be subject to change and may also be governed by the policies of your chosen payment provider.

6.3 Own Funds Requirement

You are strictly prohibited from depositing funds sourced from any payment method not registered in your own legal name. Deposits from third-party payment sources, shared accounts, or borrowed funds are not permitted. juanph reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from funds owned by and registered to the Account holder.

6.4 Currency

All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). juanph does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any foreign currency conversion, if applicable, is the sole responsibility of the payment provider used.

7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals may only be processed after successful KYC verification. The Account holder must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be approved, regardless of the amount requested.

7.2 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically and operationally possible. juanph reserves the right to conduct additional verification for withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds or that present characteristics requiring enhanced review under our AML compliance obligations.

7.3 Processing Time

Standard withdrawal processing time is within twenty-four (24) hours on Philippine business days. GCash and Maya withdrawals typically reflect within a few hours of approval. VIP-tier members may be eligible for priority processing under the terms of the juanph VIP program. juanph is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment providers or banking institutions.

7.4 Fees

juanph does not charge any platform-side fees on standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider or bank may impose its own fees or charges, for which juanph accepts no liability.

8.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available through the juanph Platform are subject to individual promotional terms, which are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail with respect to that offer.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or, in some cases, the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered on qualifying games before a withdrawal can be processed. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion will be clearly stated in the corresponding promotional terms.

8.3 One Bonus at a Time

Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the applicable promotional terms. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses through the creation of duplicate accounts or other fraudulent means will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus balances.

8.4 Bonus Abuse

juanph reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus credited to an Account if juanph determines, at its reasonable discretion, that the bonus was claimed or used in a manner that constitutes abuse of the promotion system, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or any other conduct that juanph considers to be undertaken in bad faith.

All games available on the juanph Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for non-live games, and licensed live dealer studios for live casino products. juanph works exclusively with game providers whose products have been tested and certified by accredited independent testing laboratories.

Each game on the Platform is governed by its own individual game rules, which are accessible to Players before and during play. Theoretical Return to Player (RTP) figures for slot games and applicable house edges for table games are disclosed in accordance with applicable regulatory standards.

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or software error during a game round, the outcome of that round may be voided and the wagered amount returned to the Player's wallet. juanph's decision in such matters shall be final, subject to the dispute resolution process set out in Section 15 of these Terms.

juanph is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. In compliance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework, juanph makes the following tools available to all registered Players through their Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Requests to increase a deposit limit take effect after a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications reminding Players of the duration of their current gaming session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account restrictions of between 24 hours and 30 days, during which deposits and wagering are disabled.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may permanently or temporarily exclude themselves from the Platform for a minimum of 3 months up to permanent exclusion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the juanph Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and/or referral to the appropriate authorities:

• Registering or maintaining more than one Account on the Platform;
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other verification process;
• Depositing funds originating from unlawful activity, including but not limited to proceeds of crime, fraud, or money laundering;
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Using any automated software, bot, script, exploit, or technical device to manipulate game outcomes, bonus systems, or any other aspect of the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage, bonus abuse, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers;
• Attempting to access the Platform using another Player's Account credentials or by any other unauthorized means;
• Engaging in any conduct that juanph reasonably believes constitutes fraud, misrepresentation, or abuse of the Platform's systems or operations.

juanph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• A Player has engaged in any Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 11;
• juanph has reason to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity in connection with the Account;
• A Player is found to be ineligible under Section 3 of these Terms;
• juanph is required to do so by law, regulation, or order of PAGCOR or any other competent authority.

Upon Account closure for cause, juanph may withhold and forfeit any Real Money Balance and/or Bonus Funds held in the Account pending the outcome of any investigation. Where Account closure is initiated without cause (at juanph's discretion for operational reasons), any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

All content on the juanph Platform, including but not limited to the juanph brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software code, promotional materials, and all other proprietary materials, are owned by or licensed to juanph and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, republished, transmitted, displayed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the express prior written consent of juanph.

By registering on the Platform, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to sublicense, sell, resell, or commercially exploit any portion of the Platform or its content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, juanph shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

juanph's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

juanph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. juanph shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, internet connectivity failures, acts of God, or regulatory actions.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding the juanph Platform, you must first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting juanph's customer support team in writing at [email protected]. juanph will acknowledge all written complaints within three (3) business days and endeavour to provide a substantive response within fifteen (15) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with juanph's support team, the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR as the applicable regulatory authority. juanph agrees to cooperate fully with any regulatory inquiry or investigation undertaken by PAGCOR in relation to Player complaints.

Disputes relating to the mathematical outcome of any game where a certified RNG or live dealer studio is involved shall be determined by reference to the independently certified game engine records, which shall be conclusive in the absence of manifest error.

juanph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made to these Terms, juanph will provide reasonable notice to registered Players by posting a prominent notification on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the Player's registered email address or mobile number.

Your continued access to and use of the juanph Platform following the posting of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your Account. The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible on the Platform at juanph.one/terms-conditions.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes regarding their existence, validity, or termination.

The juanph Platform is operated in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations, including those administered by PAGCOR. Players acknowledge PAGCOR's authority as the regulatory body with jurisdiction over online gaming matters pertaining to Philippine residents.
